Patients who are covered under insurance schemes are requested to submit the following documents when getting admitted in hospital.
  • The policy copy of medical insurance.
  • Insurance card copy.
  • Patient photo ID proof(eg.-: Pancard, Voters card, driving license, Etc.).
  • Consultation papers
  • Investigation Reports if any
Patients can approach with our TPA desk for any doubt regarding mediclaims. TPA desk will help in reimbursement and also in processing medical claims. In non emergency cases, the documents are produced at the TPA counter in advance to get the approval from Insurance company.
